Justin Paulsen enters his fourth season with the Saints. Paulsen oversees all aspects of the Saints' offense and serves as the recruiting coordinator.

Before joining the Saints coaching staff, Paulsen served as a student assistant at Missouri State University. He graduated from Christian Brothers High School and attended Jefferson College for a year before heading to Springfield, Mo., to play for Missouri State. He helped the Bears to two NCAA Super Regional appearances and a Missouri Valley Conference championship in 2015.

Paulsen garnered numerous honors in a Bear uniform, including All-MVC Honorable Mention his senior season, All-MVC second team, and NCAA All-Regional team in his junior campaign. He was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 39th round of the 2017 Major League Baseball Amateur Draft and played for two seasons in the Padres organization.
