Travis Griffin is joining the Saints baseball program for his first season. Travis comes to Maryville from De Smet Jesuit High School. While at De Smet, the Spartans went to the District Championship game three years in a row. Before joining the Spartans, Travis worked as the assistant coach at Union High School for four seasons. While at Union, his team won the district championship in 2004. While working with high school programs in the area, Travis has worked for side by side with Allen Jaeger, to help develop pitchers throwing plans and arm care development. Travis has been giving pitching lessons for over eight years in the St.Louis area. Travis will take over as the Saints pitching coach and Recruiting coordinator.
