Connor Frost enters his second season as the Director of Baseball Operations in 2026. Frost handles Trackman, Rapsodo, Blast, and film operations throughout the year. In his first year, he ran Maryville Baseball first ever Shiny App, where players are able to see every at-bat from hitting sessions, scrimmages, in-game, pitching sessions and more at multiple video angles.
Known as “Frosty," he oversee's a majority of the operations efforts for the team during gamedays.
Frost has multiple areas of experience in the baseball world. During the summers of 2023-24 he was an assistant groundskeeper for the St. Louis Cardinals High-A affiliate. During the summer of 2025 he was promoted from assistant to Interim head groundskeeper.
In high school, he was a pitcher, first baseman, and outfielder. Frost played two years of high school baseball until Tommy John surgery ended his playing career during the summer of his sophomore year.
Frost is a native of Washington, Illinois.
