2017: Played in all 50 games for the Saints while earning 48 starts... Batted .264 on the year with 23 runs batted in and was second on the team with 32 run scored... Had nine doubles, three triples and three homers on the season... Led the team in steals with 15.

2016: Earned First Team All GLVC after hitting .382 (fourth best in a season) and leading the team him hits, on base percentage, and doubles.  He tied Mitch Carriger for a school record 35 runs scored in a season Ruckman stole 14 bases while starting in all 48 games. 4/23 against Quincy he went 4-4 with four runs and two RBI in a victory.

2015:  Started 19 games as a freshman at second base.  Picked up his first career hit on 4/5 against Missouri S&T...  First career homerun was in a victory on 4/19 over William Jewell…4/21 went 2 for 4 with RBI in a 12-8 win over Mckendree…Finished the year hitting .242 with a .359 On Base Percentage.

High School: Played at Lafayette High School for Scott DeNoyer.  Zack finished his senior year hitting .400 with 29 RBI while earning All Conference.
