St. Louis native Austin Dahl begins his first season as a Saints assistant coach for the 2019 season. He graduated from Eureka High School in 2014 and was a four-year starter at Missouri Baptist University. Dahl was a two-time captain for MBU and helped the Spartans to two conference finals, a conference championship and two national tournament appearances in 2016 and 2017.

During his time at Missouri Baptist University, Dahl was a four-time All-American, earning first-team All-American, second-team honors twice as well as All-American honorable mention. He was an eight-time All-Conference selection, covering two positions. At MBU, Dahl holds the record for most goals scored in a game (10) and ranks second in career goals (136). He recorded at least one point in every game from his sophomore season through his senior year. In the classroom, Dahl earned three Academic All-American awards and was a two-time president of the Student Athlete Advisory Council. He graduated from MBU in 2018 with a degree in sports management.
