High School: Two-time Illinois All-State and St Louis All-Metro selection ... named the Belleville-News Democrat's Class 3A-4A Player of the Year ... led the team to a 31-5 record and a third-place finish at the Illinois state tournament ... averaged nearly 14 points per game ... finished her high school with 1,328 points ... earned All-Conference honors every year ...  made six All-Tournament teams, including MVP honors at the Salem Tournament  helped beat the No. 1 team in Class 2, Breese Central, in the Mascoutah Tournament ... first cousin is Caty Ponce, who graduated in 2015 as McKendree University’s all-time leading scorer.
