Box Score McKendree Moves Past Saints in Three Straight Sets

The Saints traveled to McKendree University Saturday night in Lebanon, Illinois looking for their second Great Lakes Valley Conference win of the season, but came up short after three sets 25-12, 25-17, 25-13.
 
The Saints struggled on the offensive end and managed a -.010 hitting percentage.  Hana Michael and Mikaela Lahm led the Saints in kills with six each, followed by Laura Welling with five kills.  Both Hannah Seitter and Hana Michael headed up the defensive charge with eight digs.  The Bearcats managed a decent service game and completed the contest with seven aces.
 
The Saints are 2-15 overall, 1-7 in the GLVC.  The Bearcats up their record to 7-11, 3-5 in the conference.  Maryville is back in action Sunday with a match at Bellarmine.
