The Maryville men’s golf team will begin its 2012 fall season by taking on city-rival University of Missouri-St. Louis in the annual Arch Cup held at Aberdeen Golf Club Sunday, September 9. The dual match starts at 8:30 a.m. in Eureka, Mo., and runs throughout the day.
 
Leading the returning players is captain Michael Fowler and fellow senior Dustin Harris, along with juniors Kenny Evischi, Nick Lees and Tyler Tieman. Also returning for the Saints are sophomores Kyler Kearns and Alex Doneff. Coach Glenn Paulus added three freshmen to the roster in Drew Ervin, Aaron Hawkins and Tim Lieser.
 
After the Arch Cup, the Saints play in the Wisconsin-Parkside Invitational Sept. 17-18.
