Men's 6K Results

Kyle Deeken led three Maryville men's cross country runners who all finished in the top 10 as the Saints finished second at the Big River Cross Country Festival hosted by Saint Louis University in Forest Park. The only team to beat the Saints was Division I Arkansas State, and Maryville finished ahead of DI host SLU and Great Lakes Valley Conference school Truman State.
 
Deeken finished the 6K course in a time of 19:28, good for fifth overall. Zach Boyle was eighth for Maryville in 19:40, and Clay Jones was two places back in 10th in 19:55. Casey Humphrey was right behind in 19:59, while Tyler Uhrich was 19th in 20:15. Josh McKinley finished the course in 20:24, and Devan Wright closed in 20:29.
