Spriingfield, Mo. - Drury scored in the first minute of action and added a second six minutes later for all the offense it would need to down Maryville in Great Lakes Valley Conference men's soccer action Friday night in Springfield, Mo.
 
Nick Ammann tallied a goal on the first shot of the game and added another in the seventh minute to double the lead for the Panthers. The Saints looked to break into the scoring column but were unable to generate a shot on goal. The Panthers struck again for two more early scores in the second half to grab a comfortable lead. Andrew Russell made a bid for the Saints first goal but pushed his shot wide. Andrew Beckermann had a late attempt go over the top of the Drury goal as the Panthers closed out the 6-0 win.
 
The Saints slide to 3-4-3 overall, 2-3-2 in the GLVC. The Panthers improve to 7-2 overall, 5-2 in the league. Maryville looks to bounce back as it plays at Missouri S&T Sunday.
