After dropping the first two sets, the Saints used a quick 3-0 run to stretch a 10-8 lead to 13-8.
Zoe Zeiter started the run with a kill, and after a
Maddie Timmermann kill, the Miners had a hitting error for a 13-8 Maryville lead. The Miners inched closer and were down just 20-19 before the Saints made the crucial run.
Hana Michael and
Ashley Selman recorded a block, and Zeiter tacked on a kill. An S&T error gave the Saints a 23-19 lead and the Saints held on to extend the match.

Maryville held a narrow 12-11 edge until scoring five straight to take command. Michael started the run with a kill, and Timmermann and Zeiter had a block. Timmermann and Michael had kills with a Missouri S&T error for a 17-11 lead. The Saints used a 4-0 to close out the set.

In the fifth, the Saints jumped out to an early 3-0 lead. The Miners had an error, and Selman and Michael combined on a block. Another Missouri S&T miscue gave the Saints a 3-0 lead. Maryville was still up 4-2 but the Miners tallied five straight points. Michael served an ace to draw the Saints to 7-6 before Missouri S&T tallied four of the next five points. Welling had a kill to keep the Saints close but the Miners ended the set on a 4-1 run.

Welling had 18 kills to record her season high and was just one off her career best. Zeiter dropped in 12 kills, while
Taryn Trubich finished with 37 assists.
Ali Lampen recorded 29 digs, while Michael added 17 digs. Krista Haslag paced the Miners (22-10, 13-5 GLVC) with 13 kills.

The Saints close out the season with a 12-19 overall mark, 4-14 in the GLVC.
