Armon Provo poured in 22 points as four Maryville players reached double figures as the Saints romped over the University of Missouri-St. Louis 81-67 in the regular-season finale.. The Saints will be the No. 11 seed for the 2015 Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament and play at No. 6 seed Southern Indiana Sunday at 2 p.m. in Evansville, Ind.

The Saints grabbed the early lead but the Tritons rallied to tie the game at 16-all.
Max Mischkulnig sandwiched two buckets around a layup by
Damyan Stoyanov, who made his first start of the season, for a 22-16 lead. The Tritons answered with seven straight points but
Saikou Jallow knocked down a 3-pointer to put the Saints back on top 25-23.
Jeff Leeson followed with another trey. The Saints closed the half by scoring the final eight points. Mischkulnig scored on a layup, and Provo drilled consecutive 3-pointers for a 38-28 lead at intermission.

Stoyanov scored early in the second half as the Saints stretched their advantage to 44-33. The Tritons rallied and cut the gap to 52-47 before
Trae Pemberton finished a three-point play. UMSL made one last charge and drew as close as 57-51 before the Saints put the game away with a 12-2 run. Provo scored on a layup, and after one free throw, Pemberton scored with 7:12 to go for a 62-51 edge. The Tritons scored but Mischkulnig tallied inside, and Stoyanov sank a 3-pointer and a layup for a 69-53 lead with 4:21 remaining. The Tritons got as close as nine points but the Saints salted away the game in the final minute at the line.

Provo drained five 3-pointers and finished with a team-high 22 points. Pemberton added 17 point and six rebounds, while Mischkulnig added 14 points. Stoyanov closed the game with 13 points and six rebounds. The Saints (11-16, 6-12 GLVC) shot 55.8 percent for the game. Aareon Smith led UMSL (18-10, 10-8) with 26 points, while Tylor Wimbish added 24.
