2016 Six Flags Open Meet results
At the Six Flags Open Cross Country Meet, the Maryville men's team took second place in the field of 10 teams. Leading the Saints was
Djurre Hoeksema who finished in sixth place overall with a time of 27:37.88 over an 8K course that was wet and muddy due to rain in the metro St. Louis area. The meet was held on the grounds of the Six Flags Amusement Park.

A trio of Saints came across the line as
Ethan Duclos was 16th with a time of 29:14.13,
Alex Elam 17th in 29:21.0, and
Dylan Deardurff took 18th in 29:30.10.
Kyle O'Farrell finished in 20th place as he came home in 29:53.93, while
RJ Brown was 27th in 30:14.61.
Tyler Henson clocked a time of 30:33.36, and
Brock Kasten finished in 31:14.12.

Columbia College won the men's title with a team score of 22, while the Saints amassed 64 points, and William Woods took third at 98. Seth Schnenck of Columbia College was the individual winner as he covered the distance in a time of 26:49.83.
