What Happened
The Saints were down seven early in the first quarter but pulled back to 19-17 at the start of the second. Davenport went back up 22-19 before buckets by
Ellen Foster and
Ali Ringering pushed the Saints ahead 23-22. A jumper in the lane by
Jordyne Dugger boosted the edge to 25-22. Ringering scored at the halftime buzzer as Maryville led 36-33.

Davenport took its final lead at 50-47 late in the third quarter but a 3-pointer by Steward tied the game. Barton pulled up from deep in transition and her triple gave the Saints a 53-50 lead. Ringering and Steward converted on back-to-back trips to build a 57-50 advantage. Davenport cut the deficit to 57-56 at the 7:14 mark but a 3-pointer by
Stephanie Sherwood steadied the Saints. Maryville pushed the advantage to as much as nine and closed out the victory.
