What Happened
The Saints were down 8-1 before mounting an impressive comeback. The Saints scored four of the next five points with #Allison Lakin# starting the run with a kill, and Arndt ending it with two kills. Maryville still was down 14-12 before taking the least on two OCU errors and a solo block by #Ashley Selman#. The score was tied at 16-all before the Saints finally took the lead for good. Schellert and Arndt had consecutive kills, and Schellert and Selman combined on a block for a 19-16 edge. Arndt's kill finally handed the Saints the 25-22 win.

The deficit was still 11-7 until the Saints scored five straight. #Natalia Pia# started the run with a kill, and after an OCU hitting error, Pia and Selman had a block. Lakin's kill tied the set, and Arndt put down a ball for a 12-11 lead. The Saints were still up 17-15 but took charge with another 5-0 run. Lakin's kill ended the set at 25-17.

In the final set, the score was tied at 2-2 before the Saints tallied five of the next six points. Another 3-0 run led to a 12-6 cushion. OCU cut the gap to 13-11 but the Saints answered with four consecutive points to retake the momentum. Selman had a kill followed by an OCU error. Lakin had a solo block and a kill for a 17-11 lead. Another 4-0 burst gave the Saints firm command, and Schellert's final kill of the night closed the win.
