St. Louis – 
Amanda Kaltwasser and 
Kennedy Reeser each scored goals in the first half to propel the Maryville women's soccer team to a 2-1 victory over Quincy University Friday afternoon at Maryville Field. 
 
What Happened – The Saints opened the scoring in the 24
th minute as Kaltwasser ripped shot from six-yards out that deflected off the goalkeeper into the goal to put Maryville on top 1-0. Reeser added to the Saints advantage in the 37
th minute with a goal from three yards out off a rebound from a shot by 
Claudia King to give Maryville a 2-0 lead. The Hawks cut the deficit to 2-1 in the 83
rd minute, but the Saints kept the Quincy offense in check over the final seven minutes to earn the win.
 
Inside the Numbers – The Saints held a 15-3 advantage in shots with eight of those being on frame. 
Kaetlin Wurdack and 
Kristen Sparks each has three shots to pace the Maryville attack. 
Elyse Waterhouse was credited with a save in the match to earn her fifth win of the season.
