The Maryville volleyball team won its third straight non-conference match as the Saints swept Saint Louis College of Pharmacy Tuesday night. Set scores were 25-14, 25-18, 25-15. The victory is the seventh on the season for the Saints, the most since the 2015 campaign.

What Happened
The Saints scored eight straight points during an 11-1 run to break open the first set over the Eutectics. Maryville's defense held the visitors to a -.083 to key the victory. Set two was tied at 8-8 before
Elizabeth Eardly's kill started another 8-0 run. As she had a hand in six of the points during the burst. She sandwiched two kills and teamed with
Mikaela Kues on a block. After another block with Kues, Eardly pounded down another kill. STLCOP had one kill, but
Cassidy Arndt had a kill followed by two aces from
Taylor Kehoe. Another Eardly kill pushed the Saints up 20-9 as Maryville eventually went up 2-0. The Saints scored the first three points of set three and were up 10-7. The Saints took control with four consecutive points to grab a 14-7 edge. Maryville was up 17-9 before putting the match away with a 4-0 burst.
