Playing its final road game of the season, the Maryville men traveled to Romeoville, Ill., Saturday afternoon. The host Flyers used a big second half to stretch a six-point halftime lead and defeat the Saints 83-58. Chicago-area natives

What Happened
The score was tied four times early before Lewis broke an 18-18 tie to edge out to a 28-20 lead.
Casey Teson sank a jumper as the Saints cut the deficit to 33-28.
Dezmond McDaniel drilled a 3-pointer as Maryville closed to 35-31. Lewis scored late for a 37-31 lead at the break.

Harvey sank a 3-pointer on the first possession of the second half for the Saints to pull them to within three at 37-34. The Flyers outscored the Saints 20-5 over the next six minutes to extend their margin. Harvey scored on a layup but Maryville could not find the mark as Lewis kept the edge and pulled away in the waning minutes. In the second half, Lewis shot 61.3 percent from the field.
