Ozark, Mo. – The Maryville University baseball team was limited to three hits as Drury University shut-out the Saints 4-0 Saturday afternoon at US Baseball Park in Ozark, Mo., in a key Great Lakes Valley Conference match-up. The loss snapped the Maryville six game winning streak.
 
Game One:
The Panthers struck first in the bottom of the first with three runs on four hits to take an early 3-0 lead. Drury tacked on another run in the second frame to extend the advantage to 4-0. Maryville had a chance to cut into the lead in the seventh as Wyatt Elbe and Dominic Connolly each singled to put runners at first and second with two outs, but the Panthers forced a flyout to end the rally.
