Box Score The Maryville volleyball team was unable to duplicate its opening match rally as Union took all three sets 25-19, 26-24, 25-15. The contest was the second of the day for the Saints at the CBU Invitational in Memphis.
 
Union posted a hitting percentage of at least .300 in all three sets to remain undefeated at 2-0 this year. The Saints pushed forward in set two and earned a set point. However, Union tallied three straight to take the set. Cassidy Arndt topped the Saints with nine kills, while Allison Lakin added eight kills. A.J. Hallemann came up with 11 digs to lead the defensive efforts.
 
The Saints suffered their first loss of the year and stand at 1-1. Maryville closes out the tournament with back-to-back matches Saturday. The Saints face Kentucky Wesleyan at 9 a.m. and take on Lynn at 11:30 a.m.
