What Happened
The Saints used a big third quarter to break away from a 29-27 lead at halftime. Maryville was up 37-33 at the 7:14 mark before Barton hit two quick buckets, and a three-point play by UU Longs led to a 44-33 advantage. QU scored but the Saints embarked on a 9-0 burst. Barton had her own three-point sequence, and Karlee Feldman powered for a layup. After a Feldman free throw, Jayda Jansen drilled a jumper in the paint for a 53-35 margin with just over one minute left in the quarter.

The Saints took control by opening the fourth on a 10-0 spree. Barton and Abby Monis splashed in back-to-back 3-pointers, and layups by Barton and Longs stacked the lead up to 63-39 with 6:14 left. The Maryville defense kept Quincy off the scoreboard for nearly the first five minutes as the Saints cruised to the victory.
