St. Louis – The Maryville men's basketball team ran its winning streak to four games via an 82-55 triumph over Lincoln on the final day of the Maryville Thanksgiving Classic. The winning streak is the longest by the Saints since a five-game stretch in January 2018.
Daniel Farris led four Saints in double figures in scoring with 17 points, and
Donovan Parker tallied 13 off the bench.
Cameron Scales and
Kelvin Swims both scored 10 points.
JT Morgan grabbed six rebounds to pace the Saints on the glass.

What Happened:
Maryville scored the first six points of the game all on Farris' shooting. After a Lincoln bucket, the Saints reeled off nine straight for a 15-2 lead. Scales scored on a driving layup, and Swims also tallied in the pain.
Dylan Ingram nailed a corner 3-pointers, and
JT Morgan grabbed an offensive rebound and his put back built a 13-point edge. The Blue Tigers stayed close but the Saints still held a double-digit margin for most of the half. The Saints were leading 34-25 before
Jaeden Smith sank a triple, and
Davis Walker's three-point play pushed the Saints up 40-25 at halftime.

The margin was 47-34 early in the second half when the Saints scored seven straight to take command. Walker drove for a layup, and Parker sank a short jumper.
Ari Jackson splashed in a triple for a 54-34 advantage with 12 minutes left. The margin grew to as much as 75-44 as the Saints cruised to the victory.

The Saints shot 50.8 percent from the field and also sank 81.3 percent at the free-throw line. All 12 Saints who played scored at least one point in the contest.
