Davenport Recap
Grand Rapids, Mich. - The No. 16 Maryville men's lacrosse team won three straight faceoffs to start the game that all led to goals as the Saints rolled to an 11-4 decision at Davenport. Jake Foster fired in five goals and added an assist, while Tyler Wenck recorded a hat trick with one assist to pace the Saints offense in Grand Rapids, Mich.

What Happened
Owen Wostoupal won the first clash at the dot, and Wenck converted a goal just 67 seconds into the game. Wostoupal gained control of the ensuing faceoff, and Seth Cianfoni tallied for a quick 2-0 lead. Wostoupal again won the faceoff, and Wenck scored his second as the Saints built a 3-0 edge at the 10:37 mark. The Saints took a 3-1 after the first quarter.
 
Just 29 seconds into the second, Foster found the back of the net for a 4-1 edge. Wenck fed Foster for another score, and a Justin Morgan tally made it 6-1 by halftime. Foster powered the Maryville offense in the third quarter as he tallied all three goals after the break. The Saints built a 9-2 advantage heading into the final 15 minutes. Maryville sealed the win with goals by Morgan and Wenck in the fourth.
