Emil Antonacci's goal 21 seconds in gave Maryville men's soccer a 1-0 upset victory over No. 17 Rockhurst University on Sunday afternoon. The Saints ran their winning streak to four games while creating more separation as the front-runners in the Great Lakes Valley Conference standings.

David Korn's team now sits at 7-3-1 overall and 6-0-1 in GLVC play. They have additionally won six of their last seven games and picked up their second ranked win of 2022.

The Saints came ready to play in front of a packed Homecoming crowd. The home team took the opening kickoff and moved it into the attacking zone to
Cedric Sengl who attempted to send a ball into the box.

Next up for the men's soccer team is a road contest on Friday, Oct. 7 with Drury University. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in Springfield, Mo.
