Ohio Dominican recap
The Saints were still down 67-54 and still trailed 70-59 with 4:54 to play. Abby Weis sank a jumper to spark an 8-0 run. Rylee Mulvaney scored on a layup, Mussorici converted in the lane and added two free throws as the Saints trimmed the deficit to 70-67 at the 2:22 mark. ODU scored to end the run but the Maryville defense did not surrender another point.

Mussorici scored on a driving layup to make it 72-69. On the next trip, Mussorici sank one free throw to pull the Saints to 72-70 with 37 seconds left. Maryville's defense caused a shot-clock violation to give the Saints the ball back for the potential tying to go-ahead basket. Maryville worked the ball inside but the final attempt was blocked as the Panthers held on for the win.

The Saints outrebounded ODU 35-26 and converted 18-of-22 at the free-throw line. However, ODU converted 12-of-21 from 3-point range to overcome the Maryville edge.
