St. Louis – The Maryville men's lacrosse team was looking to extend its winning streak to three but No. 17 Lewis rallied for a 15-13 win to deal the Saints their first loss of the year. Aidan Koenig fired in five goals, while Reid Usrey tacked on four to pace the Maryville attack. Zach Baker scored one goal and dished out four assists.

Lewis tallied the first goal of the game but the Saints roared back with four straight. After Koenig evened the score, Jacob Allen found the back of the net twice, and Clayton Cerett's tally built a 4-1 Maryville led. The Flyers tied the game 5-5 but the Saints used a 3-0 run. Usrey scored back-to-back goals, and Koenig's goal was good for an 8-5 edge.
 
The Saints went into the halftime break up 9-6, and Koenig's two scores to start the third pushed the advantage to 11-6. However, Lewis scored three straight to end the quarter and eventually took the lead in the fourth with nine minutes to play. Koenig pulled one back with three minutes left but the Saints were unable to get back within one score in the final moments.
