ST. CHARLES – Maryville University baseball opens the Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship Tournament with a first-round matchup against Lewis University. The Saints finished second in the GLVC Green Division with a 20-8 record in conference play and a program-record of 31 wins overall.

• The Saints come into the GLVC Conference Tournament winners of their last eight games and 17 of their last 21.
• Joey Polak set the Maryville program record for home runs in a career with 29.
• Starting pitcher Jacob Kroeger finished third in the GLVC and set the Saints' single-season record with 85 strikeouts.
• Maryville had three guys finish with more than 10 home runs and seven with more than 30 RBI.
• Ben Prywitch led the team in wins (7) and saves (2).
