JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The win streak for Maryville women's soccer continued as the Saints secured their seventh-straight win, this time coming versus the Lincoln University Blue Tigers. It was the first meeting between Maryville and the GLVC-freshmen Lincoln.

HOW IT HAPPENED
In the 17th minute of action, the score was already 2-0, with the dynamic duo of Nilson-Hurtig and Hunt combining for two goals in the first half. For Nilson-Hurtig it was her eighth of the season while Hunt sits just behind at seven.
After the break, Lawler got the board for the first time this season, unleashing a bomb from long range to put the Saints up by a trio.
Nilson-Hurtig, already tying for the lead in goals in the GLVC with her first, cemented first place, nutmegging the keeper on a perfectly placed shot in the 63rd minute.
