Salt Lake City, Utah – The No. 14 Maryville men's lacrosse team fired in a season high for goals and dominated Dominican (Calif.) University 22-10 Saturday in Salt Lake City, Utah. The 22 goals scored by the Saints is the third highest in program history and the most since recording a program-record 26 at Shorter March 5, 2022.
Zach Baker registered a hat trick, while
Ethan Olson had a team-high four points. Maryville saw 15 players tally at least one goal in the game.

Dominican recap
With the score tied at 1-1,
Reid Usrey fired in a goal to spark a 4-0 run in the first. When
Ethan Olson capped the burst, the Saints led 5-1. Dominican closed to 5-4 but the Saints answered with a dominating 10-0 run. Maryville scored the last two goals of the first then shutout Dominican in the second while piling up eight goals.
Ben Foster and
Zach Baker scored six seconds apart to close the run as the Saints took a 15-4 lead into halftime.

Dominican opened the third quarter with a pair of goals but Maryville recorded three straight to put the game away.
