Kansas City, Mo. – The Maryville women's basketball team closed out the regular season by rolling past Rockhurst 85-60.
Antoinette Mussorici led the Saints with 18 points, while
Karlee Feldman recorded another double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds.
Gracie Stugart nearly notched a triple-double and finished with nine points, eight rebounds and a season-high 11 assists.
Carsyn Fearday had 17 points, and
Haidyn Pitsch sank five 3-pointers en route to 15 points.

Rockhurst recap
Up 7-4, the Saints put on a deep shooting display by hitting four 3-pointers during a 14-3 stretch. Fearday started the burst, and after a Feldman layup, drilled another triple. Pitsch found the range from beyond the arc, and
Annika Pluemer's triple was good for a 21-7 lead. Fearday hit a runner for a 25-15 lead after the first.

The Saints opened the second quarter with five straight points, and pushed the margin to 34-16. Maryville kept its edge and scored the last eight points of the half for a 42-23 lead the at the break. The Saints scored six straight midway through the third and went up by more than 20 points for the first time. The gap was 64-45 going into the final 15 minutes. Fearday sank a 3-pointer, and back-to-back buckets by Feldman put the game out of reach.

Faith Hawthorne grabbed 11 rebounds and blocked two shots to boost the Saints defense. Maryville extended its program mark with its 15th Great Lakes Valley Conference win of the season.
