MANHEIM, Pa. – Wrestling season is nearly here, and Maryville will open the 2025-26 campaign ranked No. 22 in the preseason edition of the NCAA Division II Coaches Rankings, released Thursday by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA).

The Saints feature two wrestlers ranked among the top 15 in their respective weight classes, highlighted by reigning national champion Cole Ritter, who enters the year ranked No. 1 at 174 pounds. Fellow national qualifier Jeremiah Larson rounds out Maryville's ranked competitors, coming in at No. 11 at 197 pounds.

Maryville begins its season next Saturday, Nov. 1, at 9 a.m. at the Pointer Open in Stevens Point, Wis.
