The Saints scored five straight points on a pair of Henry Sanchez free throws and a three-point play by Cannon Roth.

The Saints tried to stay close and ended the first half on an 11-4 run. Preston Clark made two free throws before Hackett sank back-to-back triples. Preston Clark hit a late 3-pointer as the Saints trailed 59-30 at halftime. Early in the second half, Hackett sandwiched a pair of jumpers around a layup by Clemmons but the Saints never got any closer the rest of the game.
