ST. LOUIS –
Caden Krohn finished with a season-best 18 points to lead the Maryville women's basketball team to a 74-62 triumph over Lincoln.
Lindsey Schadewalt added 17 points, while
Gracie Stugart notched 14 points with six rebounds. The game was the conclusion of a contest that originally started Saturday, Jan. 25, but was halted due to a medical emergency. The final 13:10 of the game was contested Monday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The game resumed with the Saints leading 47-37 in the third quarter. Krohn sank a corner 3-pointer to begin the afternoon, and a short jumper in the lane pushed the Maryville margin to 52-37, its largest lead of the game.
Alicia Burgos scored a layup as the Saints took a 56-42 edge into the final quarter.

Olivia Hahn answered an LU layup with her own bucket in the lane. The Saints still led 60-47 before the Blue Tigers made a push. Lincoln got to within 64-57 but Schadewalt drained a long 3-pointer to restore a double-digit lead at 67-57 with 4:15 to play. The Maryville margin was 68-61 before Krohn converted a layup, and two free throws by
Annika Pluemer made it 72-61 in the final minute.
