INDIANAPOLIS – A day removed from the Greyhound Duals which saw the No. 24-ranked Maryville Wrestling team go 2-1,

HOW IT HAPPENED
The tournament, hosted by the University of Indianapolis, featured wrestlers from numerous NCAA Division I programs such as Purdue, Indiana and Illinois. That win fired Hackbarth up as he went on to major Illinois' Jackson Herman 12-3. Another big win over a division I foe came in the quarters as he defeated Michigan State's Sean Larkin 14-1. Hackbarth finally fell in the semis, winning the remainder of his matches by no contest.
Â
JP Homfeld, also in the 141 bracket with Hackbarth, earned three-straight wins to start his day before falling in the quarterfinals and consolation bracket to end his day.
