INDIANAPOLIS – Maryville junior center fielder Steven Schneider has been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference/Athletic Solutions weekly award winners in baseball, it was announced by the league office Monday.

• Drove in 10 runs, scored 10 himself, and swiped two bases
• Highlighted by 2-for-3 performance in second game of series, contributing one double, one home run, three runs scored, and three RBIs
• Earns first career Player of the Week Award
