INDIANAPOLIS - The Maryville women's golf team had a pair of selections to the 2026 Great Lakes Valley All-Conference squads. Fernanda Diaz-Pizarro was a first-team All-GLVC selection, while Kelly Wang garnered All-Conference second team honors. The duo helped the Saints finish in third at the GLVC Championships and earn a spot in the medal-match play semifinals.
 
Diaz-Pizarro, who ranks No. 23 in the region, paced the Saints with a 75.9 scoring average this season over 27 rounds. She was medalist at two tournaments and had five top 3 finishes.  Diaz-Pizarro claimed medalist honors at Kentucky Wesleyan's Bill Crabtree Invitational as well as at the Kansas City Cup. She also tied for medalist honors at McKendree's Bearcat Dual Gender Tournament and UIS's Dan Salisbury Invitational.
 
Wang ranked second on the team with an adjusted scoring average of 78.2. She posted two top three finishes and She tied for second at Lewis' Flyer Spring Invitational and took second at the Bills Crabtree Invitational. Wang grabbed a fourth place to earn All-Tournament honors at the Findlay Invitational. Maddie Vanderheyden was Maryville's nominee for the James R. Spalding Sportsmanship award.
 
For the second straight season, the Maryville University women's golf team has earned a bid to the NCAA Division II Tournament. The Saints play in the 2026 NCAA East Regional at Findlay Country Club in Findlay, Ohio, May 4-6.
