Alex Hillyer led four Saints in double figures with 20 points.

The Saints held a 26-25 lead at halftime, and the game was tied at 31-31 before the Saints scored 12 straight points to take control.
Danie Shafer started the run with two free throws, and Hillyer converted from in close. Shafer added a jumper and two more free throws. Consecutive jumpers by
Madeline Hartke and Hillyer built a 43-31 edge for the Saints at the 15:20 mark of the game. The Eagles cut their deficit to eight but the Saints quickly pushed their advantage back into double digits.
Kelsey Miller made a 3-pointer, and an
Ali Ringering layup was good for a 56-42 lead with under nine minutes to play.

Maryville hit 22-of-39 shots in the second half to pull away. The Saints converted all 12 of their free throw attempts, the best perfect game performance since joining Division II. Shafer scored 14 points, while Hartke added 12 points on 6-of-8 shooting. Ringering finished with 11 points and hit 5-of-6 shots from the field.
Shelby Miller grabbed a game-high 11 rebounds for the Saints. The Eagles fell to 0-8 on the season. Maryville freshmen accounted for 53 of the team's 81 points on the night.

The Saints improve to 3-3 on the year and take a break for finals. Maryville is not in action until it travels to Puerto Rico for three games in three days starting Dec. 18.
