Armon Provo poured in 21 second-half points but Maryville was unable to overcome a balanced Indianapolis attack as the No. 8 Greyhounds registered a 94-71 victory Thursday night at Moloney Arena. The game featured outstanding shooting by both teams as the Saints shot 52.0 percent from the field, while the Greyhounds hit at a 55.4 percent clip.

The Greyhounds were up 14-9 after a layup by Saints senior
Harrison DuPont but scored eight straight points to build a double-digit lead. The Saints were down 25-11 but a bucket by
Myles Jerrett sparked seven straight Maryville points.
Derek Deters drilled a 3-pointer, and
Asa Toney's layup brought the Saints to 25-18. Indianapolis pushed the edge back to double digits by halftime.

The visitors took a 53-33 lead but Provo scored seven straight points for the Saints to pull them to within 53-40. The Greyhounds kept the advantage and rebuilt a 64-47 margin. The Saints made one more rush after back-to-back 3-pointers by
Trae Pemberton and
Melvin Turner pulled them to 64-53 with just under 12 minutes to play. However, Indianapolis used a 13-0 spurt to seal their sixth straight victory.

Provo hit eight of his 11 shots after halftime and drained five 3-pointers. Toney finished with 12 points and seven assists. Reece Cheatham and Kendall Vieke paced the Greyhounds with 14 points apiece as Indianapolis (18-2, 10-2 GLVC) put six players in double figures in scoring.

The Saints stand at 10-9 overall, 4-7 in the league. They host Saint Joseph's College Saturday afternoon in a 3 p.m. matchup.
