Principia Meet resultsIn a tri-meet hosted by Principia, the Maryville women's team edged the host Panthers 89-84 but lost an 89-71 decision to Quincy. The men took on Principia in a dual meet which the Panthers took by a 94-26 team score. The Saints had three first-place finishes on the day.

The Saints took second in the 200 medley relay as the squad of
Raquel Porporis,
Mackenzie Jones,
Brooke Popejoy and
Rachel Myers finished in 2:02.10. Porporis came back in the 200 free to clock a 2:04.34, good for third place.
Theresa Alef claimed second in the 50 freestyle as she recorded a 27.70.
Lexy Haas was runner-up in the one-meter diving competition with a final score of 138.15.
Natalie King grabbed a fourth-place finish in the 100 butterfly in 1:09.03.

Jones finished third in the 100 freestyle to lead a pack of Saints to the line with a time of 1:00.05. In the next event, the 100 backstroke, Maryville grabbed the top four places as Porporis edged King 1:04.68 to 1:05.14 for first place. Jones finished in second in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:15.18. In the final event, the Saints 200 relay squad of Kirsten Parks,
Arin Simon, King and Alef was second as they competed the race in 1:57.55.

On the men's side,
Myles Marshall finished second in the 50 freestyle as he touched home in 24.88.
Ignacio Giganti took first place on the one-meter board as he amassed 237.90 points. He later won the three-meter diving competition with 279.75 points. Marshall picked up another runner-up place as he finished the 100 breaststroke in 1:10.88.
