Anthony Pisciotta lost his opener by just one point but rebounded with back-to-back falls before dropping his final bout in SV-1.
Austin Wadlow lost to the No. 3 ranked wrestler in 133 but recorded one win in the consolation bracket during his tournament.

Taylor Jokerst won his 141 prelim by a 17-0 tech fall, and he repeated that effort with a 16-0 decision in his next match. After losing in his next outing to the fifth-ranked wrestler in the country in the championship draw, Jokerst posted a 4-3 decision and followed up with a 13-2 major. However, he lost in the fourth round of the consolation bracket to No. 2 ranked Christian Small of King College.

Tanner Sparks was edged in the championship draw at 165 but posted a 13-3 major to advance on the consolation side. He dropped a one-point decision to close his tourney.

Joey Williams started his 184 run with a fall in just 1:37 but dropped a one-point decision in his next match. He recorded consecutive majors by 12-3 and 9-1 scorelines to keep advancing. He then recorded a 6-3 victory in the fourth round of the consolation draw. However, Williams was edged in SV-1 to compete his competition.

Jay Anding recovered after dropping his opening match by pinning his foe at the 4:53 mark. However, he lost a decision in the next round to the sixth-ranked wrester in the nation to finish.
Ryan Herman picked up a fall towards the waning moments of his opener but lost in a 7-4 decision to the No. 12 wrester at 285. He notched his second fall of the day at the 2:33 mark but was tripped up 3-2 in his finale.
