INDIANAPOLIS – Maryville women's soccer returns several key contributors from last season as they look to continue building momentum in 2022. The Saints were picked to finish eighth in the Great Lakes Valley Conference Women's Soccer Preseason Poll after finishing 6-8-2 last season, including several tightly contested matches.
The women posted a 6-8-2 overall record in 2021 including 5-7-2 in the GLVC to finish in 11
th place. They additionally went 2-5-2 in nine overtime contests and lost by one goal on 10 occasions.
Numerous returners look to close that narrow gap, starting with GLVC All-Conference Third Team selection

The Saints are scheduled to begin the regular season at home against 17
th-ranked Ferris State University on Thursday, August 25. The kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
