Bolivar, Mo. - The Maryville women's golf team climbed up one position and finished in sixth place at the Lady Panther Invitational. The Saints shot a final round score of 314 to complete the 36-hole tournament at 634 (320-314) at Silo Ridge Country Club in Bolivar, Mo.

Jenna Clark was the leading finisher for the Saints and was 15th overall after rounds of 76-79=155.
Effie Perakis jumped up the leaderboard with the team's best score with a 76 to post at 82-76=158.
Ivy Lai carded scores of 81-79=160, while
Maddie Vanderheyden fired rounds of 81-82=163.
Maggie King trimmed eight shots off her score and finished 88-80=168 for the team.

Host Drury took the team title with rounds of 312-298=610. Northwest Missouri State's Madi Schlaepfer was the overall medalist at 79-71=150. The Saints are next in action at the Kansas City Cup hosted at Paradise Point Golf Course in Smithville, Mo., Sept. 25-26.
