Indiananpolis - Maryville University center Karlee Feldman was named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week as announced Monday, Jan. 8. She posted back-to-back double-doubles in victories over Missouri-St. Louis and at Indianapolis to help the Saints stretch their winning streak to four.
 
Against the Tritons, Feldman hit 7-of-8 shots from the field and finished with 18 points to go along with 12 rebounds. At UIndy, she followed up with 17 points and 11 boards on 6-of-11 shooting from the field. In addition, she blocked a potential game-winning shot in the final seconds that eventually forced overtime. For the week, Feldman averaged 17.5 points and 11.5 rebounds on 68 percent shooting (13-of-19). She converted nine free throws to go along with two assists and one block.
 
Feldman and the Saints look to extend their winning run to five with a road contest at Drury Thursday, Jan. 11, in a 7:45 p.m. start.
