Lotte Brands has been selected to the 2024 Division II Conference Commissioners Association Women's Soccer All-America Second Team. Brand's selection marks the third-straight season the Saints have garnered an All-American selection.

The senior from Amsterdam, Netherlands, tallied 1,545 minutes upon the Saints' backline, anchoring a defense that limited opponents to 0.45 goals a game, ending the year eighth in the nation. She added four goals alongside three assists, one of which occurred in the GLVC tournament. Brands recorded 90-minute performances in 12 of the Saints contests this season.

The defense helped the Saints to back-to-back GLVC regular season titles as well as the No. 2-seed in the NCAA tournament. It was a historic season for the Saints, posting a 16-1-3 record, including a perfect 13-0-1 GLVC mark, the best in the DII-era. The team reached as high at No. 8 in the national rankings. They progressed all the way to the second-round the NCAA tournament.

Sports information directors from NCAA Division II schools and conferences selected the three Daktronics All-America teams. The process begins at the regional level with all first-team all-region picks advancing to the national ballot. A total of 39 student-athletes representing 30 different institutions filled out the three teams.

The Division II Conference Commissioners Association encourages and promotes Division II athletics and high standards of sportsmanship as important elements of higher education. The CCA is a key communications link among the conferences as they discuss views, policies and regulations that impact Division II intercollegiate athletics and works closely with the NCAA as a communications channel to NCAA Division II member colleges and universities.
