ST. LOUIS – Maryville University has announced that Savannah Erickson will be the newest head coach for the men's and women's swimming programs. Erickson joins the Saints after six years of club coaching experience.
 
"We're happy to have Savannah join the team here at Maryville," said Brittany Fennell, Director of Athletics. "She has been a former student-athlete and has done well on the club scene. We're excited to have her as part of our staff and to help grow the program."
 
Before becoming a Saint, Erickson enjoyed significant success in club coaching, serving as the head coach for both the Crocs Swim Team and Life Time Fitness Swim Team.

Erickson carries a background in neuroscience research while holding a degree from the University of South Florida.
 
"I'm excited and looking forward to the opportunity to build up the program," Erickson said.
