Drury Downs Saints Women's Tennis Squad

SPRINGFIELD, MO. - The Maryville women's team traveled to Springfield, Mo., to take on Drury University but the Saints lost a 6-1 clash to the host Panthers.
 
Grace Brown and Victoria Lisson took their doubles match with a 6-3 score but DU won the other two matches to snare the team point for doubles.
 
In singles play, Carolina Velazquez claimed a straight set 6-2, 6-2 decision in the No. 5 singles position. Drury won the other singles contests to take the overall decision.
