INDIANAPOLIS – Maryville STUNT senior
Peyton Nembhard has been named the first-ever Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Player of the Year. Nembhard, an All-GLVC First Team selection, was joined on the list by seven teammates, including
Emma Davis on the first team.

Nembhard led the league in total points (326), power ranking (52) and rounds played (412), while helping lift the Saints to an 8-0 GLVC record and the top seed in the conference tournament.

Davis joined Nembhard on the first team, while the duo of
Kelsey LeBeane and
Savanna Stocker earned second-team honors. The honorable mention list featured a quartet of Saints in
Lexi Dimas,
Zoe Grumich, Lyla Lenhoff and Jayden Wren. Wren also garnered the GLVC James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award for the Saints.

The Saints begin the GLVC Tournament tomorrow morning at 11:30 a.m. with a first-round matchup against No. 8 seed Southwest Baptist in Springfield, Missouri.
