Kirksville, Mo. - The Maryville women's tennis team ventured to Kirksville, Mo., Friday and emerged with a 6-3 victory over Truman State. Philine Schlorf and Adriana Armendariz paced the Saints by combining to win the No. 1 doubles competition as well as taking the top two singles slots.
 
Schlorf and Armendariz cruised to an 8-2 win at the top doubles position, while Nicole Kitsuse and Renske Linders picked up a key 8-3 victory in the No. 3 doubles match.
 
In singles, Schlorf posted a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 1, while Armendariz won in three sets, 6-1, 3-6, 6-0. Anne Lutz kept the Saints moving forward with a 6-0, 6-4 win at No. 3 singles. #Linders# recorded the fourth solo win as she took a 6-1, 6-4 decision in the fifth singles position.

The Saints complete the regular season with a match Saturday at Quincy.
