Liberty, Mo. - The Maryville women's tennis team posted its third 9-0 victory of the season as they cruised past William Jewell Friday afternoon in Liberty, Mo. The Saints play their final regular season match of the season Saturday at Rockhurst.

Against the Cardinals, the duo of Sarah Etter and Lucy Horbatowski won eight of the nine games to take the No. 3 doubles match. Lina Kunert and Sandra Hinterberger notched an 8-3 win at No. 2 doubles. In the top doubles contest, Puck Vlaskamp and Rebekah Anderson battled to a 9-7 decision as the Saints ran their point total to 3-0.

The Saints did not drop a set in any of the six singles matches to close out the contest. Etter notched a 6-0, 6-3 win at No. 1, and Vlaskamp notched a 6-3, 6-1 triumph at the second singles slot. At No. 3, Anderson racked up a 6-0, 6-2 win, Kine Kleppe cruised to a 6-1, 6-2 victory in the fourth singles position. Hinterberger and Kunert both swept all 12 games to record 6-0, 6-0 wins.
