2017 ITA Regional results

Allendale, Mich. - Jean Segura won the A singles consolation draw and Louis Glaves took the B singles bracket to highlight the Maryville men's tennis team's action at the ITA regionals hosted in Allendale, Mich. Jack Beuttell-Triggs reached the quarterfinals of the main A championship bracket before seeing his run come to an end.

Segura dropped the first set to Southern Indiana's Ilia Karelin but rallied to take the second set in a 7-5 tiebreak. He then won the third set 10-6 to claim the title. Glaves cruised to a 6-3, 6-0 to win the B singles title as he defeated Alberto Maza from UMSL.

In the A double championship, Beuttell-Triggs and Glaves won their first match 8-6 before dropping an 8-4 decision in the round of 16. Trenton Wherry and Donovan McKnight reached the quarterfinals of the B doubles championship.
